* Office Procedures include Pap smears, EKG, urinalysis, strep test, peak flow, pulse oximetry, simple laceration repair, suture removal, and joint/soft tissue injections. Plan B & C will be charged fee for service for office procedures.
- Office visits are a minimum of 60 minutes for new patients , 60 minutes for annual physicals, and 30 minutes for follow up appointments.
- Routine adult immunizations include flu, pneumonia, and tetanus shots.
What services are not included:
- Labs
- Xrays
- ER visits
- Hospital care
- Visits to specialists
